Karaya Travel, LLC Waiver and Release of Liability

I am aware that participating in outdoor activities, travel, and tours involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with transportation, accommodations, activities, and the natural environment. I assume all risks and I am voluntarily participating in all of the activities.

I understand and agree that Karaya Travel, LLC is not responsible for the actions or inactions of its suppliers, including but not limited to accommodations, transportation providers, tour guides, and activity organizers.

 I certify that I am physically fit and capable of participating in the tour. I acknowledge the importance of disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns to the tour operator.

 In consideration for being allowed to participate in the tour, I hereby release and discharge Karaya Travel, LLC, its officers, employees, guides, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, or demands related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during or as a result of the tour. 

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Karaya Travel, LLC from any and all claims, actions, suits, or judgments, including legal fees and costs, arising out of my participation in the tour. 

I understand that Karaya Travel, LLC does not provide insurance coverage for participants and it is my responsibility to obtain adequate travel and health insurance.

I acknowledge that Karaya Travel LLC is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the tour.

Participants should agree to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and rules during the tour.

I grant Karaya Travel, LLC the right to take photographs or videos of me during the tour for promotional and marketing purposes.  I release Karaya Travel, LLC of any claims or liabilities arriving from the use of photos and videos.

By clicking on “I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions” box in Karaya’s booking process, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability and voluntarily agree to its terms.
