We Bring People Together Through Puerto Rico
Karaya Travel plans, coordinates, and manages group experiences throughout Puerto Rico. We work with educators, organizations, wellness communities, and other group leaders to create trips built around their goals, interests, and people.
From accommodations and transportation to activities, meals, and local experiences, we coordinate the details and provide support throughout the trip. Our goal is to make it easier for group leaders to bring people together while their group experiences more of Puerto Rico.
Rooted in Puerto Rico. Built Around Your Group.
The name Karaya comes from the Taíno word for moon, reflecting our connection to Puerto Rico, its heritage, and the natural world.
Our work is grounded in local knowledge and relationships. We partner with people and businesses throughout Puerto Rico to create experiences that connect our groups with the island's culture, communities, history, and natural environment.
Every group has a different reason for traveling. We take the time to understand what matters to yours and bring the right people, places, and experiences together to make the trip work.
You Bring the Community.
We Bring Puerto Rico.
Custom Group Experiences
No two groups are the same. We work with each organization to design experiences that fit their goals, interests, schedule, and budget, whether you already have an idea or need help creating one.
Experiential Learning
We believe the best learning happens when students step outside the classroom. Our educational programs connect students with Puerto Rico’s history, culture, environment, and communities through hands-on experiences that turn lessons into memories.
Local Expertise & Trusted Partnerships
Puerto Rico is our specialty. We know the places, people, and partners that make an experience successful. From transportation and accommodations to local guides, restaurants, and activities, we handle the details with trusted relationships across the island.
Responsible Tourism
We believe travel should benefit both visitors and the communities they visit. We prioritize local partnerships, respectful cultural experiences, and thoughtful choices that help preserve Puerto Rico’s natural and cultural heritage.
Personalized Service
At Karaya Travel, we prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of our guests, offering personalized service and attention to detail every step of the way. From itinerary planning to on-the-ground support, we're here to make your tour seamless and unforgettable.
